End of Season Sale
Due to increased order volume during our End of Season sale, processing may be longer than usual:
• Ground Shipping: Please allow 5–7 business days for processing
• Expedited Shipping: Please allow 1–3 business days for processing
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed using the EXTRA30 discount code are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Order cancellations or modifications cannot be accommodated during the sale period.

EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you can withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of delivery—no reason required. You can also cancel your order before it ships by contacting our Customer Support team.
To withdraw from a delivered order, enter your Order ID and email address here. Once you've submitted your request and returned the item, we'll process your refund within 14 days.
Please note: Personalized items are not eligible for withdrawal.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing on all orders shipped via UPS Ground or Global-e orders shipped via DHL. This timeframe excludes weekends, holidays and sale periods. For expedited UPS shipping, orders must be placed by 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday, to qualify for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 12 PM EST or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
US Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund. Any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. We charge a $10 restocking fee per order. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase. Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all original tags attached and packaging. Please ship items back in original shipping box to ensure they are appropriately protected in transit.
Your return will be processed as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed. Your return will be credited to the same card used to make the original payment. Refunds are for product only and do not include any initial shipping costs. You will be notified by email when your return has been received and processed.
Exchanges (US Only)
