How long will my order take to ship?

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing on all orders shipped via UPS Ground or Global-e orders shipped via DHL. This timeframe excludes weekends, holidays and sale periods. For expedited UPS shipping, orders must be placed by 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday, to qualify for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 12 PM EST or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

 

We work diligently to pack and ship orders as soon as possible. If you wish to adjust your order after it has been placed, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request if more than one hour has passed since your order was placed.

Can I cancel my order?

Will tax be applied?

Tax will be applied based on the state or country that the order is being shipped to. Product prices for select countries include duties and taxes. If your country qualifies for this, it will be noted on the product page.

Do you ship internationally?

We now offer international shipping through our trusted shipping partner, Global-E. Customers can browse and shop in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu—located at the top right of the website on desktop and in the footer on mobile. Product prices for select countries include duties and taxes. If your country qualifies for this, it will be noted on the product page. Orders may qualify for free shipping based on shipping location and total order value.

What is the cut off time for overnight delivery in the US?

Orders must be placed by 12pm EST in order to guarantee overnight delivery.

How can I initiate a return or exchange?

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

How long should it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
