Orders

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped you should receive your order within 3-7 business days. Delivery times can vary based on your shipping destination. We offer delivery Monday - Friday via our shipping service UPS (Domestic), we DO NOT offer delivery on Saturdays. Orders placed Friday- Sunday will ship out the following business day, excluding holidays. Express orders including 2nd Day and Overnight placed Monday - Friday after 10 AM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed Monday.

Can I cancel my order?

Will tax be applied?

Tax will be applied based on the state that the order is being shipped to.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally.

What is the cut off time for overnight delivery?

Orders must be placed by 12pm EST in order to guarantee overnight delivery.

RETURNS

How can I request a return?

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

How long should it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
