Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund. Any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. We charge a $10 restocking fee per order. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Should you have any concerns, please contact us at info@twpclothing.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Frequent returns
TWP offers a flexible return policy. If you encounter any issues with sizing or receive merchandise that doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us at info@twpclothing.com.
Repeated returns from the same customer will trigger the client to be flagged in our system. Should we detect misuse of our return policy, we may take action, such as blocking the account or canceling future orders.
TWP reserves the right to refuse returns that do not adhere to our return policy.
Price Matching
TWP honors price adjustments on previous TWP online and in-store orders if the customer contacts TWP Customer Service or a Retail Store Staff Member within 14 days of the order. Price matching from another retalier is only applicable if the product is available in the same size and color on the other retalier's website.
